• Only the owner of a lent skin can file a claim, and only for loans that are overdue, disputed or marked lost.
• The borrower's security deposit is applied first. Protect only covers a remaining, verified loss.
• Approvals are capped by the requested amount and the available reserve. Every decision is logged with a reason.
• No claim is guaranteed. SHARD can reject claims without evidence.
